Default Necro hero+ OoV/OoU?

Just curious, do they use them properly? I was thinking of maybe an all paragon hero team (almost all, since we don't get 3 paragon heroes).

I was thinking 2 paragon heroes + 1 rit and 1 necro. They could be a bit of support and also the necro could add quite a bit of damage by either maybe using Order of Vampire or being a fiend mm with Order of Undeath inorder to dish out some extra pressure damage.

I am assuming order of vamp would be the better choice.

Also, any suggestions for a rit and necro build to compliment a big defense/ offense paragon set up?

Heroes will use OOV/OoU whenever possible and they are not casting another skill (since recharge = duration on both skills, they will have it up almost on the time)

Just one added question since it's along with a necro skill. Do they use the signet of sorrow (soul reaping damage+ instant recharge if near deadpet/dead body) only when theirs a body around? Or do they waste the recharge?

I saw the softening bile build on wiki and since it seems a bit energy intensive it seems like the signet could be a great addition for some quick free damage if the hero would wait until a body is down to use it.
